The Drum - Expansion

In the stillness under Grandmother Moon I feel the stirring of new beginnings that is awaiting for all of us.
In the silence I dig my feet in the dirt and begin to drum feeling the love I have for the Great Mother of us All and slowly everything begins to expand and I see beyond the night as the wind begins to speak to me.
It tells me I'm not alone and she moves the leaves in the trees to my right and I feel the dance of joy the trees feel knowing I'm listening.
Grandmother spider crawls beside me whispering wisdom to my knowing assisting me to move beyond the limitations I have placed upon myself.
I smile in gratitude as the drumming gets louder and my heart opens and I can feel myself expanding becoming one with the trees, my feet become the dirt and I no longer hear the drumming, I am no longer physical, I am joy and I'm one with everything.
Everything is alive and I'm in perfect harmony with Mother Earth.
In this place I know, I am being, I am free.
There is no thought, no time, there is no-thing just being.
The wind speaks to me again and my attention is brought to the sound of the drum, I begin to feel the dirt under my feet and I begin to feel the peace and clarity from the connection.
The peace of knowing my thread in the web of All things and knowing for the last 25 minutes I experienced oneness with no identity, with no thought. I was timeless and formless, I was peace.
When I stopped drumming I sat in the stillness under Grandmother Moon knowing my place in the web of life it is..
To just be.
I return to my family in silence having experienced true freedom and peace knowing all I need to do is to be.

Creativity

Creativity is flow and manifestation of the pure energetic force that has created all life.

When we use our creativity we are in touch with the source of energy that makes us unique and the creator of our own sacred thread within the web of life.
Each of us has been blessed with this as we ARE creative energy so therefore when we create we weave our thread of uniqueness into the Universe and become in touch with the power that has created All life.

In this space we experience the love and joy of flow and manifestation and we can understand in the smallest way the love and care that has gone into creating the planet and All living things upon it.
When we are finished we stand back and admire what we have created and our heart opens with the feeling of showing the world what we have made.

If we stand back and view this thought from the eyes of our Creator, this pure force of love would want each of us to express our uniqueness and watch with loving and joyful eyes as we dance our sacred thread.
We when create with love and positivity can you IMAGINE the joy our Creator would feel..♥

Physical Beauty Vs Illusion

We live in a physical world but yet everything is energy, energy that has manifested into form.
It is very easy for us to be swayed by beauty as it is natural to admire beautiful creations but unfortunately we have evolved as people to a superficial level where we have become obsessed with physical looks overlooking the person within the body.

Many of us strive to look a certain way believing if we change the way we look we will love ourselves more in the process and it will take away the the pain we carry within.
Though the truth is if we do not love all of who we are and are not in peace with our mental, emotional, spiritual bodies we will not be happy and it is simply a picture of illusion we create within and around ourselves leaving a feeling of dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

The more we explore within we discover a beautiful uniqueness that is not seen unless it is expressed.
Through this expression we move others touching their authenticity and inspiring change in the world.
This is true beauty the richness and the very essence of who we are that goes beyond what we can see and creates positive change with each connection we make.

I write this as a reflection for each of us to ponder and question ourselves are we living in balance by loving ALL of who we are.

Stillness

With each piece I write and share I first feel the feeling. Then the words unfold and the purity and clarity that is received speaks then I know I'm in my sacred space to hear the inner voice that loves unconditionally beyond my human existence.
Beyond my 36 physical years that carries a passion to share and assist with a change that I hold with a sincerity in my heart space that drives my creativity to speak to the world to just be everything that you are and return to Mother Earth and walk upon Her with unconditional love as we did once so long ago.
This is who I am, my essence speaks to you now.


In this sacred space I speak to each of you that chooses to read this as an opportunity to connect authentically.
To just sit quietly to be the authentic you and connect with these words within your heart space.


Allow the time to be present in this moment and remember that everything you choose to be now is your choice and that choice can be changed at any time.
Don't strive to be anything, just be.
By being you allow thought forms and feelings to just be without judgement. 
When you reach this space 'listen' to the stillness of nothingness.
That stillness is you. A peace beyond time that needs nothing but presence.


I leave you to be present in your peace. Everything is perfect as it is right now there is nothing that needs to be changed.
